Gourmet French Fries with Feta Cheese

We like to think of these fries as gourmet french fries, given their presentation and specialty ingredients that make it what it is. These fries are cooked as normal fries, but then plated along with a drizzled vinaigrette dressing, a bit of specialty herbs flaked on the fries and of course, crumbled feta cheese. We’ve had customers come in telling us that they have tried to make them the same way at home, but they lack the tastiness that we give to ours.

Derrick Rose went down in the final minutes of the game with an injury and in has been announce that he will be out for the rest of the season. Will the Chicago Bulls recover and pull off a trip to the 2012 NBA Finals and win an NBA Championship post Michael Jordan?

We’ll see. The Chicago Bulls have a strong team, but it is not known how well the players will adjust now that the NBA Playoffs are in full gear. Keep your fingers crossed!

We don’t mind, in fact, we want them to stop in for some pizza! We’ve been cooking up the same recipe for over 60 years. Homemade sauce, homemade dough, and the best ingredients make up our cracker thin pizza, some of the best thin crust pizza in Chicago.

We’re also a Chicago family friendly restaurant. We have a large restaurant atmosphere with a sports bar like feeling. There is a large, full service bar at our establishment, so help yourself to drinks if that is what you prefer! Tuesday night is a great night for families because we have our 2 for 1 pizza special, (BOGO pizza in Chicago), so if you want to save a couple bucks, come down on Tuesday. Although we have to warn you…Tuesday is a very popular day at Candlelite! If you plan to come in with a large party, please feel free to call ahead of time.
