If you have ever been to Candlelite, you almost undoubtedly know about our herb fries with feta cheese. If not, them let’s discuss what you’ve been missing out on.

Gourmet French Fries with Feta Cheese

We like to think of these fries as gourmet french fries, given their presentation and specialty ingredients that make it what it is. These fries are cooked as normal fries, but then plated along with a drizzled vinaigrette dressing, a bit of specialty herbs flaked on the fries and of course, crumbled feta cheese. We’ve had customers come in telling us that they have tried to make them the same way at home, but they lack the tastiness that we give to ours.

Cortney and Jeff celebrate their engagement at Candlelite in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood

Cortney and Jeff are great customers of ours. They just recently got engaged and celebrated by having dinner at the Candlelite. In their honor, we dedicated one side of our historic Chicago sign to them on the night that they came in. While they were here, we had them do a quick video review of their experience coming to Candlelite and a few other words. Like most every customer, they love our Chicago thin crust pizza and the fact that we’re just a cool place with a sports bar and family restaurant type of atmosphere! Just listen for yourself….
